Bu motto ya da \u015fiir y\u0131llarca K\u00f6stendil&#8217;de ya\u015fayanlara ilham verir, toplum ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr hayat\u0131n\u0131n kalbi bu okumaevinde atar. Sadece K\u00f6stendil&#8217;de de\u011fil, di\u011fer \u015fehirlerde de neredeyse iki y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00f6nce kurulan Bulgaristan okumaevleri, e\u015fi benzeri olmayan bir kurumdur. Farkl\u0131 siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere sahip farkl\u0131 topluluklardan insanlar\u0131 bir araya getirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okumaevlerinde, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131kla ziyaret etti\u011fi gitar, keman, akordeon, tambura, solfej derslerinin yan\u0131s\u0131ra farkl\u0131 dillerde derslerin verildi\u011fi kurslar da var. Bunlardan 663\u2019\u00fc \u015fehirlerde, 2 bin 658\u2019i ise k\u00f6ylerde hizmet sunduklar\u0131 belirtildi. Okuma evlerinin y\u00fczde 91,7\u2019sinde (toplam 3 bin 45) faal k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler oldu\u011fu bildirildi. Okuma evlerinin 2 bin 544 tanesinde g\u00f6steri salonu oldu\u011fu ve ortalama 220 koltuk kapasiteleri oldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okuyucalar\u0131na internet eri\u015fimi ve bilgisayar kullanma hizmetleri sa\u011flayan toplam bin 616 okuma evi mevcut. Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada 207 ile en \u00e7ok okuma evi Plovdiv ilinde oldu\u011fu, en az okuma evinin 77 ile Vidin ve Gabrovo illeri olduklar\u0131 belirtildi. \u00dclke genelindeki okuma evlerinde kay\u0131tl\u0131 okuyucu say\u0131s\u0131 272 bin 797 oldu\u011fu ve 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re bu alanda art\u0131\u015f\u0131n y\u00fczde 14,5 oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>K\u00f6stendil nerede?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulgaristan&#8217;\u0131n en bat\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan \u015fehir, 100.000 civar\u0131nda bir n\u00fcfusa sahiptir. Ba\u015fkent Sofya&#8217;ya 90 km uzakl\u0131ktad\u0131r.
