You grow up with only the music forming in your mind. Then, you watch that music in an opera and imagery is added to that music. You find yourself excited when they combine, these have complemented each other, they are a clear whole with no complexity. Motions, form and color harmony take their places on canvas to show you the melody that had a form in your mind. The opera is finally in front of you from start to finish and your inner child sees the opera through the painting. The sentimentality of the music combines with the abstraction of the painting.
