Sergide sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve tarih\u00e7ilerin resimlerde hamileli\u011fi gizlemek i\u00e7in neler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ana ba\u015fl\u0131klardan biri. Sergi organizat\u00f6r\u00fc Profes\u00f6r Karen Hearn, resim sanat\u0131nda hamile kad\u0131n fig\u00fcr\u00fc konusunu yirmi senedir ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Hamile kad\u0131n resimlerinin \u00e7ok az oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Profes\u00f6r Hearn resimlerdeki kad\u0131nlar\u0131 n\u00fcfus kay\u0131tlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n fig\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn hamile resmedildi\u011fini fark etmi\u015f. Bir\u00e7ok kereler hamilelik durumu ya\u011fl\u0131boya f\u0131r\u00e7as\u0131yla kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.
